I am a pastry chef that wants to turn your dream desserts into a reality. From the beginning, my brother made my first business card and the slogan on the back of the card was "Baking memories one cake at a time." To me, a dessert is a focal point for friends and family to gather around and enjoy each other's company. That is why I love what I do, I want to create a work of edible art for anyone and everyone to enjoy.

When I am not being a tax accountant or in the kitchen, you can find me spending time with my beautiful wife. We love to go hiking and take long walks around our neighborhood. When we have the opportunity we love and want to travel to new and exciting places. Although I love spending my time outside, I am not afraid of binge-watching a good TV series.

It has taken a lot to get to where I am today, and it would not have been possible if it were not for the people in my life. First, I have to give thanks to my Heavenly Father for giving me the ability to do what I do. Next, I would thank my wife for pushing me to be the best I can be. Also, I would not be where I am if it were not for my amazing parents. They have provided me every opportunity they possibly could to follow my dreams.
